The site is up, but I still have to set things up so there's no functionality yet. -'A'
EDIT 11/4 - This is taking a lot longer than I originally anticipated. Don't fret, the site is coming!
EDIT 11/12 - I've been experiencing massive power failures and cannot continue work on the site until they are resolved.
EDIT 11/19 - The power issues have been resolved, however I've lost a large amount of data related to the old site so I am unable to restore a functional backup. The site is still coming, but I have to do everything all over again. If all goes as planned, the site will be up and fully operational before 11/20/09 00:00 PST.
